What would I log as my activity for doing 6 week 6 pack from Jilllian. I do squats, different ab exercises, a little bit of cardio, etc. I just don't know what to put it under.

I'd count most of it as weight lifting (use circuit) and the time that you do it
What is the cardio like? Depending I'd use calistenics (and choose the correct intensity) that will most likely be the correct choice.
