As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Oh the irony
I now have two interviews tomorrow, one in person and one on the phone. I took your advice and told the HR lady that called me earlier this week about my situation. She was very understanding and said they've actually hired people in the past that were very close to delivering. Doesn't mean I'll get the job, but I'm hoping it means they'll at least have an open mind about me? We'll see.
First interview is at 8am - there goes my sleeping in on my day off!
