in May 2010 Weddings

I just got stuck in the super-creepy freight elevator that looks like a scene from a horror film.  I hate that elevator.  It freaks me out every single time.  My damn supervisor jinxed me.  He said "Go have fun in the elevator that you love so much!!"  and then I got stuck.  After realizing that kicking the door and calling it a stupid fvcker wasn't working, I finally just started mashing every single button on the panel until the doors shot open.  I hate that elevator!!!

I was out sick yesterday so I missed a ton of threads and now have to go catch up.  Hope everyone is having a lovely Friday

    You and Katy both! It was quiet around here, and we were worried about you. I'm glad that you're just being eaten by evil elevators and that you're feeling better now.

    I hate escalators too!!!  You know how they always have warnings about using them correctly?  Well, you should definitely pay attention to that sh!t!!!  When I was little, I was copying my older brothers who were so cool that they could sit down as the escalator was going up.... I did that too and the thing ended up grabbing my shirt and scraping my stomach open.  Not cool!!  Those warnings are there for a reason!!!

    I am SO awkward on escalators... i'm always jumping off of them super early to avoid getting eaten by them. 

    Side note... I bet you're super glad Creepy Janitor wasn't caught in there with ya!

    I've also had a cheapo Walmart flip flop get partially eaten by an escalator at the mall.  I was in high school and "not exactly in the right state of mind" and thought it was hilarious and I laughed and laughed and laughed.  It sucked having to walk around the mall with a partially eaten flip flop though!!!

    Thank you I am laughing so hard my sides ache thank you so very much!!!! This post is the best! I have a fear of escalators because of these types of stories. Those crock shoes for kids get stuck in those things all the time I here!!! UGH!!!
