I do have to rave about your sig pic, though. Stunning, lady!
Rant: Our photographer told us that she mailed us the jump drive with our pictures on them a week ago. Today is the deadline for her contract. We have not received the pictures. She hasn't even put up teasers; I don't know if she's doing this because she wants us to get "first look" at them, or if she just hasn't had time. But I just want to see our pictures!
Rave: It's FRIDAY! Tonight I'm going to my friend's house to bake up a storm for her annual Yule party, which is tomorrow. Then H and I are off to his parents' house in MA for their family Christmas party on Sunday. I've been looking forward to this weekend for about a month now, and I can't wait until I get out of work today.

Rant: It is frickin' COLD in my building at work. Not just today, but everyday. And the winter hasn't even officially begun, but I already want it to be done with!
Rave: I think that DH and I are going to go to our favorite hole-in-the-wall Thai restaurant tonight. I'm looking forward to getting our lives back on track now that the wedding is behind us and doing the fun things we used to do!
Rave: My boss is letting us all leave work at 2 o'clock and then he taking us bowling! Then on Monday he is taking us out for our holiday luncheon at same fancy Italian place. DH and I have a lovely weekend of pizza and video games planned. Yes... we are the epitome of nerds.
I love it.
Rant: Getting hassled about some stuff with my name change. Finding some companies are being really difficult to change my name.
Rant: Still no pro-pics. However, I am a horrid person for ranting because I our photog had a death in the fam which no doubt delayed some of his projects. Yes, I am sad we won't get to share our photos over the holidays with family however, I am more sad for the photographer's situation. Puts things in perspective.
Rave: We have so many Christmas parties to attend! And H got a new job offer RIGHT after we got home from the honeymoon. He will start next week, and his salary will increase significantly. It will feel nice to have that financial cushion. :-D
Rant: India was warm and sunny. It has rained every day since we came back, it's cold, and it seems like it gets dark really early, like 4:30. Why have I never noticed that before? It's so hard to be motivated to do anything.
Rave: Sleep at long last! Not doing wedding stuff is great! And now I can plan the Christmas dinner menu, which is so much fun cause I LOVE eating.
Rant -
We are planning on trying to rent my house since the market sucks. So this weekend we are moving the remaining staging furniture in sub zero weather. I am coming down with a cold/flu and ache all over. I cannot think of anything I want to do less than move.

I literally was in and out of the SS office in 17 min. today for my name change - Hooray!
Rave: This evening is my school's faculty & staff holiday party.
Rant: It's at 6:30 and I'm sitting at school just killing time before it's time to go. I live 45 minutes away from where I work, so going home only to return wasn't a feasible option. I have my dish to pass in my crock pot warming up behind me.
