I need serious inspiration!

What is everyone getting their DH's for Christmas/Hanukkah?

DH and I set a price limit of $100, and I have no good ideas.  I have a couple of small stocking stuffers, but no real gifts.  So, please tell me what you are doing, so maybe I can get some inspiration.

TIA!

Re: I need serious inspiration!

  • this is bday and christmas so far... goldeneye for wii, penn state jersey, carhartt jacket. i still need to get him a tool of some sort and probably something else... just don't know what.

i did get him cologne, but he ran out of his last week so i just gave it to him, lol.

  • I got H new dress/casual clothes [he's lost 25 pounds since the beginning of the year...a lot of his old stuff don't fit anymore], an OKC Thunder jersey and a CD he wanted. I think that's all I'm getting him - anything else, and it won't fit in his carry-on. :)

  • My DH wants a new pair of Diesel jeans, so that's what he'll be getting since they're pretty pricey. Nothing too creative.

  • My DH wants saw pants which I might get him if they're not too expensive, else wise I'm getting him a daido blade for the table saw and a nose hair trimmer (yes, he asked for that....) and maybe some other tool type things.

  • This is exactly why Greg and I don't exchange on Christmas. Too much pressure.

  • Since we're redoing our shower and going on a trip, we're not doing much. DH said he wanted all of the Kings of Leon cd's. I found two and bought two. I don't think he's getting me anything.
  • I got H Simpsons seasons 6-7-8, an Alton Brown cookbook, and Fred Perry sneakers he's been wanting.

  • A pair of custom cuff links from an Etsy seller, the DC cheerleaders calendar (it's something I begrudgingly get him every year), Avatar Collector's Edition and an ornament.

  • A Zune with a car kit. It's about twice as much as I normally spend on him, but it's what I really wanted to give him, since his car stereo is crap, but we're getting rid of his car when I get a job (whenever that may be) so it wasn't worth it to me to replace the stereo. His stocking is stuffed with undies, a funny T-shirt, and a brain teaser wooden puzzle that he asked for.

  • An LL Bean jacket, Season 5 of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and a Denis Leary book.

So I spent about $120, but the jacket really is a necessity, he really needed a new one.

  • Watch he wanted, fitness earphones, and a iPod converter thingy so he can listen to his iPod/iPhone through his car stereo. In his stocking I'll put boxers, deodorant, chapstick and little things like that.

Crap, you just reminded me, I missed Denis Leary's book signing at a local bookstore on Tuesday!  Damnit, I was going to get E's book autographed; I bought it for him last year.

  • A sweater from Gap, super nice ISU sweatpants from Scheel's, an outdoor thermometer with a scene called "Starting them young" which has a dad and his son withe son on an old Farmall tractor (he is going to love it, I am pumped) and then I let him buy gym equipment that totaled $2000 soooooo I think I'm done.
