Another CD Question - Stains
I feel like I'm doing something wrong with the wash. Dipes he has worn one time are stained. I have a dry pail, do a cold rinse with a ton of water and then do a wash on hot with Rockin Green. I haven't put them in the sun yet. I don't have a clothesline so I was going to lay them out on something in the snow.
Does it sound right that they would be stained after one wear? I mean...he poops but it isn't THAT bad.
Re: Another CD Question - Stains
The BG are really stained too. They don't stink at all so I know they are getting cleaned...just yellow!
I've read on the CD board that you can put them out on a cloudy day and still have the same effect of sunning because its a certain type of UV ray that gets them out.
This probably sounds gross but, when she poos, I dunk and then run them under hot water in the sink. I also use an old toothbrush and kinda scrub a little before they go in the pail. It doesnt take long and of course I wash my hands with soap after.
I do this with both my BG and my Huggabunz and no stains ever. Even after blueberry filled poo
