Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
What magazines would you recommend for green living or general environmental issues? I want to start looking into them, but when I browse the racks and Barnes & Noble none of them seem to relate to me.
Recs, pretty please!
Re: s/o of magazines...
Thanks! I found it on Pundit Kitchen, in the "Caption These Pics!" section. I thought it was funny enough without a caption.
we get Natural Home and This Old House, both of which have great Green living ideas...
I am the 99%.
I mentioned below I've switched my hard copy magazine subscriptions to e-newsletters. It's not quite the same as curling up on the couch with a magazine, but it's a tiny green step.
These are the green newsletters I subscribe to:
idealbite.com
treehugger.com
motherearthnews.com (this one has several newsletters, DIY Skills & Projects is my fave)
