Thanks! The party was a lot of fun. Miles slept in his stroller for the first half hour, and was kind of overwhelmed when he awoke to a whole bunch of random people. After a little while, he warmed up. The cake was awesome and delicious, and he loved it. I ate cake for both breakfast and lunch yesterday...yum.
Yeah, the hair is ridiculous. My mom keeps telling me that I need to cut it pronto, but that's not the general consensus. Everyone else thinks it's pretty great and that we should keep it crazy for as long as possible. I think we'll go next weekend to get it tamed a little bit, but try to keep the essence of it.

Yes, a Polo sweater! It was a Hanukkah gift from his grandma. She likes him in 'nice clothes'. I'm all, "um, you realize he ruins all his clothes and grows out of stuff in five minutes, right?" But hey, if she wants to waste her money on designer stuff for him, more power to her.
Oh, and SB, you are so sweet! Such an ego boost for me. I'm so not gorgeous...just vain...I only show good pictures of myself.

This will probably be the only time he'll be able to have that wild, untamed look so enjoy it while you can! Keep the essence and just trim enough so his food doesn't get stuck in it. : )
I am having trouble coming to terms with the fact that he is already one, time flies by way to fast. I give you a lot credit for keeping his hair this length for as long as you have. I would not have the patience to deal with keeping it snarl and food free. He does look cute though and his eyes are amazing.

My preference for short hair is well established by now, but I'm hesitant to join an alliance that's just me and your mom . . . although it might give me a good opportunity to get close enough to her to give her a good kick for all the times she's been obnoxious to you.
