Re-Sleep Training

When Jacob was sick around Thanksgiving, we fed him when he woke in the middle of the night (something he hadn't had trouble with for months). Now that he's all better (we think), we're re-training him b/c not STTN is doing bad things to all of us.

Last week we tried to re-train and he was awake for 3 hours screaming. SCREAMING. So, we gave up last week. He's also not been eating as much lately, which I thought meant that he has to wake up at night to eat ... but now we're in a nasty cycle where he's not going to eat more during the day if he gets fed at night; and I read that their appetite decreases at this point b/c they're not growing as much.

So, we decided to take a chance tonight again. He's been crying for almost an hour, but he hasn't stood up yet; just on his belly crying. ... so far ... Tongue Tied  Breaks my heart each time we have to do this.

How 'bout some nestie vibes that he gets back on track quickly?
