I'm completely addicted to reading cheesy, predictable love stories. Like, it's becoming a problem.
Re: I need an intervention
Love Overboard & Manhunt both by Janet Evanovich.
I've read 4 of her "Loveswept" books, she has 9. I like them because the female characters aren't total morons or completely helpless. They're simple, predictable romances, so the female characters do have a little bit of the whole "damsel in distress" thing going on, but usually the male character needs some saving of his own, so it's not so lopsided.
They just make me happy
The only Nicholas Sparks book I've read is The Notebook. I should probably give more of his books a try.
Email me your address and I'll send you whatever I haven't given away yet. nataleeb13 at aol dot com
