Xmas Gifts- What are you asking for?

Hi Ladies. I need some inspiration. All I can think about asking for is baby related stuff that I have on my registry. I need to come up with things that I want for myself. I have gift cards and a fitness DVD on my list, but that's it.

So inspire me with your Xmas gift wishes!

I want a pair of diamond earrings. I'm pretty sure my Christmas gift got delivered today and I don't think it's earrings.

We're not really doing gifts this year because of the whole baby/hospital thing. But even if we were I wouldn't really know what to ask for.

I asked DH for a new charm for my necklace with the girls' names on it. It's a necklace from an etsy seller that has all kinds of meaningful things to me on it like our wedding date, pets' names, our last initial, etc. So he gave me a charm for that with their names on it a couple months ago. I love it.

What about a mother's ring or necklace or something like that?

I do kinda want the Goonies 25th anniversary edition on Blue Ray.

Argh, the Nest ate my follow-up.

For gifts from the rest of the family, we pick one big thing that we either need individually or as a couple and tell the family to get gift cards for a place where we can buy that item. We started the tradition a few years ago and now pretty much everyone in our family does it.

For example, last year, we really needed a new bed, so we asked that people buy us gift cards to Slumberland.

This year I really need a new laptop. I can't remember where we asked for gift cards to.

SIL & BIL want a new TV so I think we're getting them a Best Buy gift card (DH bought it - I don't remember where it's from).

we're not doing gifts this year, but DH's birthday is on Friday and I got him something awesome. (I'm not going to put it here because I don't trust him not to look here) But I got my SIL a subscription to House Beautiful and my BIL a digital kitchen scale. Kind of boring, but he's a big-time cook. My sodastream was my gift to myself.

There are some house things that DH and I really want to do, but none that I would feel comfortable asking for.

I ended up putting a couple movies, some books, travel crockpot carrier, new travel mugs, hand weights. Yep, my list is insanely boring, but there's nothing that I really need/want this year.

I asked for the Mr. Coffee Frapp maker. I love iced coffee and figured this would be a good way to save money on iced coffee. I should be able to make my own.
