So, it's a craptastic Monday so far. It's time for a poll.
If you could blow off today, what would you be doing?
I would call my friend who doesn't have to work (she married a VERY rich man), and we'd go see a movie and spend the afternoon gossiping over cocktails. I might also go for a mani/pedi.
What would the rest of you rather be doing?

I would be studying, I have finals this week.
Any other week, I would probably lay on the couch and enjoy having the tv to myself, a very rare thing.
I can answer this pretty easily today because I'm a teacher and we had a snow day today.
I am cleaning the house, hanging out with hubby who has Mondays off, made dinner, and getting some lesson plans done for the rest of this week. Later, I might play Wii, watch a movie, and wrap the rest of my Christmas gifts.

Alex is a groomsman in a wedding right after New Years. It is black tie and I have nothing to wear. The shoes that I want are sold out online and I always avoid shopping on 5th around the holidays... but I don't think I can anymore.

I'd go see HP 7, have lunch with a friend and have a mani/pedi (haven't since June), finish the last of my Xmas present ordering...
And heck, if I had a day off from my main job (taking care of Quinn) I'd work on my other job, editing wedding photos.
