Irish Cream Truffle Fudge:

  •  3 cups semi-sweet choc chips
  • 1 cup white choc chips
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 cups confectioners sugar
  • 1 cup Irish Cream liqueur
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (I left this out because not sure if any co workers have nut allergies)

Grease 8x8 pan or line with foil.  Melt 1st 3 ingredients until soft.  Stir in next 2 until smooth. Mix in nuts. Pour into pan & cool.

  • 1 cup semi sweet choc chips
  • 1/2 cup white choc chips
  • 4 tbsp Irish Cream liqueur
  • 2 tbsp butter

Melt both kinds of choc chips until soft.  Remove from heat; beat in butter & liqueur with fork until smooth.  Spread over cooled fudge with knife.

Refrigerate until firm; can be easily frozen.

  • You are the BEST!  Thank you!!!!!!!
  • No problem! It came out pretty good - very rich. I used the foil to line the pan. It's easy that way cuz all you need to do is pull the foil out and turn it upside down. It lifts right off.
