Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Talked to my attorney

I finally got to talk to my attorney today.  I guess the court date next week is when I show up and plead "No Contest" and then a real date will be set when her and her attorney will have to show up.  He is trying to see if he can get me out of next weeks (just place the plea over the phone) and we can move onto the real trial.  He said I don't have a solid case since there are no witnesses but it is worth a try.  He told me I could just take the ticket and pay it and get the points against my license.  I refuse to do that.  She screwed me and I plan on doing every legal thing I can to get even.  Plus, it will help with my insurance to see that I fought the ticket.  Here goes, Karma do your thing!!!
