Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

1 year work anniversary!
today is my 1 year work anniversary! cant believe how fast time has flown by.
it's just my personality to be the group organizer for my HR team (there's 6 of us), boost morale, plan for birthday parties, bake for birthdays, take pictures at all our team events, attend company events on behalf of HR, etc.... this year i also made "Happy [#] year work annivesary" signs for everyone that everyone else wrote nice notes on, etc.
yeah, no one remembered my work anniversary. it was sort of a bummer since i do so much to organize stuff for everyone else and no one bothered to return the favor. i love my job and my coworkers, they just disappointed me, i s'pose.
ooooooooh well. still happy to have passed the 1 year mark!

That does hurt when you do so much and then when it is your turn you don't get recongnized or anything. I know you don't do it to get recognized, but it still hurts.
Happy 1 year annviersary. I can't believe you have been there 1 year either. It does look like a fun place to work. Wonder if I can convince the hubs to move to Guam.
