So DH and I both like the Name Zoe, but I still want Mollie in there some where. I have two middle names I am allowed to use, Mollie or Malka( my great grandmothers name before she changed it to Mollie) How would you put them with Zoe and which one?

Re: Baby Names Question
I'll be honest: Two names that end in the -ie / -ee sound is just not my thing.
Zoe Mollie Streff is a little better because Streff is a single syllable with hard consonants, so the -ie / -ee sound softens it a little.
So, if the option are Zoe Malka and Zoe Mollie, I think I would go with the first one, but I know you love Mollie, so, not sure how to do that...
I'm with Kathy, the double ee sound is NMS. So, I prefer Zoe Malka.
Is there another family name that you guys may want to use? Or are you dead set on Mollie/Malka?

I would wait until baby is born and then maybe your husband will change his mind on the name Mollie. I think its a beautiful name and it has a special meaning to it. If you husband really hates it then I like Zoe Malka. I love it spelled Zooey .
james liked it this way but i didn't want people making fun of her and telling her she belonged in a zoo :P

LOL that would be sad
Yes, but look at the picture of that baby... every other word that comes to mind ends with an -ey sound - smiley, cutie, sofreakinadorable...y. :-)
Seriously, how do you look at that face every day and not just giggle? So damn cute!!
She's a ham & loves her picture taken. I have over 400 on my phone
Just to help me not strangle someone at work, while working 12hr shifts. You should see her Santa photo. The people took about 8 different pictures because she was such a ham. She makes me giggle a lot. Thanks for the kind words Kathy.
