Freezing and snowing here in upstate NY. The weather girl on the radio started her segment off with "It's going to be a great day today . . . if you're a polar bear or a penguin."
I ate WAY too much yesterday. Enough that I'm still NOT hungry. That's a personal record for me.
Oh, another good thing about today, my cat officially knows how to turn a normal alarm clock off. We can add that to things my cat shouldn't know how to do which includes: opening drawers, opening the microwave, opening bi-fold closet doors, opening doors with lever handles and changing the setting on the cat door. Freaking smart ass cat.
So how's everyone else's Tuesday?

Today it's going to be mid-60s, as was yesterday. Outrageously abnormal for CO in Dec. That means we're going to get slammed w/ snow in March a la Blizzard of '03.
Getting settled in the new building. Super nice build out. But my cubicle walls are too high and I have no access to natural light. That combined w/ no carbs, no cigarettes and my boss in high biitch mode makes me BSC. Oh, and my screens face out, so I have to be super careful about being on TN
However, wearing my fave purple tank today to try to lift my spirits. Already got 2 compliments
Brew - I feel ya. I'm stuck in a cubicle with walls almost to the ceiling and no windows at all. Most of our cubes are built with metal/corkboard type walls, but these are actual drywall cubes, so everything echoes in here and the walls are so white they nearly blind me. I need sunlight and another color! I'm about to start plastering my walls with posters of Johnny Depp or something. :-D
Today sucks. Not close enough to the end of the week. Not close enough to Christmas. I slept like crap last night. My cat is not smart. I woke up at least 3 times because she was sleeping on my head. Ugh. Please, just let me make it though the day! :-P
Today is actually pretty good or I'm making it that way despite my impatience towards my kids. I know they're just as ready to get out this week as I am.
I got some freakin' awesome news last night. I'm officially a certified, no longer need supervision, on my own, speech language pathologist! A year after graduating and I have my C's! It's about time.
I also got an early birthday present from a friend in the mail yesterday...a giraffe print camera case. LOVE it!
I miss my cat. My wonderful H won't let me bring him to the new place so he stays at my parents. I know he likes it there with the other animals but I miss my hunter (he can kill any animal...it's ridiculous) and bring them to you like it's a present.

Made tons of cookies last night for the exchange @ work - the whole house smells like gingerbread, even this morning. Thinking I may have to whip up another batch or two when I get home from work tonight.
Boss is out today so I'm lounging on TN/FB for several hours now...but have an 8 am meeting with him tomorrow so I better get SOMETHING done the rest of the day...
NKOTB!! OMG - yes! I should totally do that! Ha ha
I did hear recently that they will be touring with the BSB next year. So what if I kinda want to go? Don't judge me!!!

Well hello ladies! This Tuesday is starting out okay for me. I was supposed to go to the gym last night, but I didn't. To make myself feel better for not going I did the shred. I'm starting out on level 1. I went to my parent's last night and put up their Christmas lights. My uncle and dad did most of the work while I supervised and make sure they put them up perfectly.
Plans for today include going to the gym after work, and going back to my parents to put up one more set of lights. That's it. How boring is my life?

Hi Ladies! Happy Tuesday! DH and I woke up this morning to a light dusting of SNOW! Very light and airy snow, just enough to be pretty but not annoying to clear off or to cause a problem on the roads. I was SO excited! Boston has been spared the snow being dumped elsewhere in the country....so far....but I'm wishing and hoping for a white Christmas!
Just your average day at work for me and hubby today, but I am planning to cook him a very yummy meal tonight....lemon thyme chicken. It's SO good if I do say so myself

I am pissed off at my husband for not having the outdoor decorations completed. The tree is still not done either. Grrrrrrr.
I am working on my Christmas night open house and New Year's Day party menus.
I need to get my fat buttocks to the gym to hit the treadmill for 30, but I dread going outside because it is so flipping cold.

That's why it's warm and sunny! I have an aunt who is in Harlingen, I guess it's close to the Mexico border.
Oh yea, Harlingen is way down there! Where I work, we get jobs down there and some of the guys in our crews won't go down there because it's so close to the border.
