I got it all (or all that I realize is missing).
They caught kid #1 on the bike. Or he ditched the bike and started to run away. They got him. Kid #1 had some other gps and stolen goods on him since the broke into my neighbor's car as well.
Kid #1 snitched on kid #2. Kid #2 fessed up to where he tossed my gps. It was near his house.
Then today I found my bag thrown between two houses. I have it all.
So I'd say these kids weren't very good thieves.
