As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

well my cw's made up for it
so, they all forgot my 1 year work anniversary yesterday -but our [funny] CFO/VP emailed the entire building (about 60 of us in our building) that it was my anniversary and i got a ton of emails and my team made me a cute sign and apologized profusely for forgetting yesterday - that i always do such a great job at keeping morale boosted and they dropped the ball at celebrating me.... so, now i dont feel so darn resentful, haha. yippeee!

I agree with Lauren...no one at my work remembers anniversaries. At the school where I used to teach, they used to do a thing at the end of the year when a teacher had just finished a "special" year of teaching at the school....like 5th, 10th, 15th, etc. Of course, the first year they didn't do that was my 5th year there.

i wouldnt care so much if i hadnt made a big deal out of my HR team's work anniversaries....i didnt want EVERYONE to know about it but that's our VP for ya, lol.
as a military spouse i wont ever be ANYWHERE long enough to celebrate a 5 or 10 year work anniversary so i will rejoice in every 1 year i get
lol (well, until i'm older, but then maybe i wont be working haha)
