Addition to my confession

The BIOTCH needs to get squished by Karma NOW!!!  She called my insurance company yesterday and screamed at them that they were moving too slow, she called them unprofessional, and is now claiming that she is injured.  My rep said she couldn't believe how rude this lady was.  When I told the rep how she yelled at me and that I stayed in my car she said she had no doubt this woman would have physically assaulted me if I had gotten out.  How in the hell was she injured when I am fine and her car is 2x my size and was drivable afterwards?  BIOTCH!!!

On a better note, they didn't total my car!!!  I get Sparky back sometime around the first of the year!!!  And the car repair guy said he was going to try to save me as much money as possible on the repairs!!!

Re: Addition to my confession

  • Some people really have no clue. I can't believe how terrible the woman at fault is being. I really hope things go your way in court!

I'm happy to hear about your car. Hopefully it'll be as good as new!

  • Does your insurance record all calls because if your lawyer could get a copy of that phonecall... it would speak VOLUMES to her character!

  • Ugh.  Let's go egg her house and leave burning poo on her doorstep.

    Agreed.

Seriously though, you should definitely see if they keep recordings of calls. Most companies do and it could be a huge help to your case.

    This is a great idea!

  • As soon as I got off the phone with the insurance people I sent my attorney a message to let him know of the incident.  I agree that if we can use this in court my case should be much easier to argue!

Ditto this.  I know that my insurance company records most of their calls exactly for reasons like this.  I would check with them.

What a horrible horrible woman.  I hope you rip her a new one in court.  Maybe she'll act like a fool in court and the judge will rule in your favor just because of that!!
