Is anyone sending out cards this year? I did picture cards this year - much more pricey than regular ones but writing them out is a PIA. I ended up sending out 60 of them and there are still 3 more cousins to send them to. I guess since they were the last ones to give me an address, they only get a regular card this year.

I can't order more unless it's a package of 20.

I decided to just send to family from now on since ours are both big. I'll do e cards for our friends.

Re: Christmas/Holiday cards?
I've actually decided to just send "New Year's" cards this year. I initially wanted to send both Christmas and NY's, but recently decided to just do a card for NY, And it most likely will be a photo card of us and the doggies!
Aww poor Bruce! LOL Amanda isn't a baby anymore but I still liked the photo card idea since for so many years it was just me, myself and I.
I did a 3-photo one, where the big pic was the 3 of us at the wedding then the 2 inset ones were of Mike & me at my class reunion and one of Amanda on her birthday.
Mike's younger sister did an interesting spin on her photo card this year. BIL had on a cowboy hat with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth and holding the dog. SIL was wearing a big red feather boa and nephew had on a muscle shirt and was flexing. That's their family for you - it was actually pretty hilarious.
i love christmas cards and i like to assume others do as well, so yeah...we send them. ours are photo cards with us and the furbabies on them - we'll send a little recap note of what's happened with our family over the course of the year, printed from the computer with a "holiday theme" border and boom! done!
because this is our first christmas together i'm going to start saving one card back for ourselves and put them in an album over the years. i know we'll always do photos and a small letter of sorts because i like to chat and take pictures so both are inevitable -- and then we can bring the book out each christmas and reminisce.
I love this idea! How cute!!
We are doing photo cards this year. In fact, they should be arriving to me today. I will prob try to print address labels tonight and get everything ready then I can take them to the post office tomorrow. I love getting cards from others and sending out cards. We actually hang all the cards on the doors to our coat closet.
i love this idea too! We did photo cards thru shutterfly.com with a wedding pic of us and the kids. They turned out well and I addressed them last night. I ordered rtn labels around the wedding and used those. DH will stamp and seal them :-)

Yeah, we are doing cards. Of course they have yet to be sent out...but I am hoping to drop them off by tomorrow afternoon at the post office.
Just your basic ones. I did some handmade cards (my latest crafty hobby), and I am going to send those to the close friends and family.
We are. They are being shipped to me this week.
Here's a fuzzy picture of what they look like.
Edited: Apparently my fuzzy picture didn't even show
@Cindy: I got a steal of deal at Seehere. 60 cards for $5. New members get 25 free cards (code: 25cards) or you can get 50 free (code: 50cards). They had free overnight shipping but I don't know if it's availalbe anymore.
