i didnt weigh myself this morning like i planned...but ill do it tomorrow.

my goal for the next few weeks is to just not gain anything from all the tasty christmas snacks! lol

    I do have to say that I'm thoroughly enjoying the kickboxing and spin classes that I take at my gym. I always feel great afterwards....I'm even going to ask for a pair of gloves for kickboxing so I can spare my knuckles - and wearing them makes me punch harder!

  • I forgot to weight myself this morning, but I did yesterday and have stayed the same since Thanksgiving.  I have started getting back to the gym so far this week though, so I"m hoping that will help move the scale down or at least keep it steady during the Christmas parties coming up this week and obviously next!
  • I have been doing a lot better with making myself get to the gym, even when I really don't feel like it.  And I've been pretty conscious to buy healthy foods at the store even though it's the holidays and I want to splurge on every unhealthy holiday food there is! 

    Here's to staying fit during the holidays!

  • Me too!!  That's kind of my mantra.  *Just don't gain anything* Haha  I really need to work out more though.  Since it's getting really cold, I can't depend on riding Velvet as often :(   Sad day.

  • Life has been way too busy lately, and the gym is the first thing that gets neglected. I am hoping to go tonight, especially since I didn't make it yesterday or Monday.
