I finished my Associate of Arts degree last night!!! I finished it in two years, while working full time, and I am 99% sure I will have a 4.0 gpa (just waiting for my Logic grade- that class was hard!!!). So proud of myself. I am the first person in my family to get any sort of degree at all. Transferring to Bethel in the spring.
Also, gonna be an AW for DH too for a moment, he finished his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing on Tuesday from St. Mary's! This is a big month for us for school and our 5 year anniversary at the end of the month :-)

how many classes did you take a semester? i just can't believe you finished in 2 years while working full time! that's insane! i think it's going to take me like 4 years to get my 2 year because i'm only taking 2 classes at a time. : (
congrats to you. what an accomplishment!
Thank you! It has been a lot of work, but so worth it. Almost all of the courses I took were accelerated 8 week courses, so most semesters I was able to take 4-5 classes doing 2 or 3 at a time. I also took classes during the summer terms as well.
I always admired the parents in my classes; I can't imagine trying to balance school, work, marriage, and kids. So kudos to you!!!
You should see if your school offers accelerated classes, that may be one way to get you done quicker. They are a bit more work, but it's nice because by the time you are getting bored with the subject it's on to the next class :-)
