Third Person Thursday
Shelley is ready for a nap.
Shelley is looking forward to getting this project she is working on done. She is glad it should only take another couple hours.
Shelley finds it funny that one of the big stories from her work Christmas party this past weekend was that Shelley was in a dress. Shelley never wears anything but khaki or cargo pants and a loose shirt/sweater to work every day.
Shelley wishes she had something better for lunch than oatmeal. She has 30 minutes for lunch but that's barely enough time to get down the road to the restaurants to get something to bring back and eat at her desk.

Alicia seems to be a glutton for punishment. Daisy has been such a good little puppy lately that it is making Alicia want a buddy for her.
Alicia has spent the morning looking at rescues on petfinder. Alicia needs help. Her house is really not big enough for another pup, but they are toooooooooo cute.
Alicia is excited that when she gets home tonight the painters will be all done. Now there will be only two rooms left for her and Nick to paint.
Alicia was a little annoyed that Nick told his mom that we painted the guest bedroom a nice gender neutral color for future babies. Now Alicia is convinced her MIL will be constantly staring at her belly.
Alicia wants to mess with her and make fake announcements every couple of weeks. Nick got mad that Alicia would be so
Courtney is tired after her baby woke at 11 to eat and wouldn't go back down until 2 AM!! She blames Busterina who came flying through the room and excited Riley when she should be sleeping. Courtney sometimes feels having a baby and a rabbit is like having two kids, she swears they plot together.
Courtney is bummed she hasn't had time to watch many Christmas specials this year and plans to pull out her DVDs tonight and get some wrapping done!
Wendy thinks Alicia should get a new puppy!!!!
Wendy knows she feel 100 times less guilty leaving two home alone and loves the fact that neither one have anxiety issues.
Wendy is ready for the day to end already and wishes she had more of the chili she had for lunch it was so good and lately nothing is 'so good' food-wise anymore.
Wendy is about to roam over to the vending machine for some chocolate.
Courtney is jealous you have snow! She's afraid it's going to be a green Christmas in New England!
Shelley agrees with Courtney. Shelley just checked the forecast app on her phone and there is snow in the forecast for Monday and Tuesday. Shelley hopes that there is a white Christmas, then the snow can go away after that.
Brie has been playing a little bit of catch up at the office today. This is the second day this week that there's been a 2-hr delay because of the snow. Since so many of Brie's coworkers have kids and would have to come in late to accomodate their schedule, Brie's CEO gives all the employees the same delay that the schools are dealing with. Pretty nice. Brie got to stay home a little longer which meant she and Drew had breakfast together.
Brie is doing dinner with MIL tonight. Should be fun, they'll do some Christmas shopping too. Brie is excited to get to tell MIL that she got a raise. MIL and FIL are totally supportive of Brie's career moves and going back to school, which is very much appreciated. Brie's parents were really excited to hear the news as well.

Teresa is happy that it is Thursday already.
Teresa is freaking out because it's Thursday already. Which means that there is just over a week until Christmas and there is WAY TOO MUCH TO DO!
Teresa hopes that 2011 brings her and DH a much better year. She hopes that they can finally get a little more finacially stable.
Teresa is going to have a baking extravaganza this weekend making all of the Christmas cookies.
ETA Teresa is excited that it will def. be a white Christmas here!!

OMG Wendy is a puddle on the floor because she just melted, that is a cuuuute puppy.
Mar has one puppy left! His ears stick up like Yoda. He's free, and she thinks Leesh should take him!
Mar's over working/her job. She thinks it's time for a change. Shes started looking for better paying jobs for Dh so she can be a stay at home mom, or work part time later on. She realizes this probably wont ever happen though..

Shaina says Aleesh should look into maybe doggie daycare once a week. It's the best money Shaina ever spent with Sadie to get her energy out.
Shaina is very happy to be home. Great Wolf wouldn't let us cancel the work party b/c the snow didn't start until 10:30. Then Shaina witness one accident happen, saw 2 cars in trees and one truck totally flipped over. Shaina doesn't understand why if they were expecting snow they don't have it together down in the south.
Shaina will say the Great Wolf food was good and feels bad that so much went to waste.

Whitney thinks that puppy is absolutely adorable.
Whitney is so jealous about all of you speculating on having a white Christmas. She is in the south and has never seen one that she can remember.
Whitney is nervous about her bloodwork tomorrow and that the doctor will give her disappointing news. She likes the possibly false hope she hanging onto right now and is not sure she wants the truth.
