Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Annoying coworker vent
The "Y'all" guy is back again. The one that I ALWAYS b!tch about. He came by my office earlier and was like "I need you to go up to the 3rd floor and escort someone down here". Dude, you JUST walked her up there. You couldn't wait two freakin seconds to walk back down with her???
Then he says "She needs some water too"... I give him a blank stare and tell him where the cups are. I go get the girl and bring her back down here for some meeting. I walk her in and then coworker goes "Oh, I couldn't find the cups". I go look... they're in the exact same cabinet that I told him they were in... the cabinet labeled CUPS.
So I'm running around all over the place today. I'm running down the hall and I hear him yelling my name and I snapped at him "HANG ON!!" Finish what I was doing and then finally get back to him. "Oh, can you walk down to the front desk to escort someone up here?" OM FREAKING G!! If you ask me to do one more thing, I swear I'm going to take my lanyard that holds my badge and strangle you with it!!

The other day, he asked me to come take a look at the computer in the conference room because he couldn't get it to work. Really? You're an engineer. You SHOULD be smarter than that! I looked at him and told him to call IT. That's what they're here for.
OMG. He just walked past my office and was talking to someone and said "We need someone to manage the coffee around here." RIGHT as he was walking past my office. It is not my fvcking responsibility to make sure that YOU have coffee. YOU drink it. I don't. That's the way it works here. If YOU drink coffee, YOU make it. You male chauvinistic piece of crap.
