As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

AW: year end review
Which, by the way (and TMI) has so far been the best medicine for this near constant constipation. I always dread review time.
But anyway...had my year end review today (it's been very crazy at work with everyone's year end reviews going on, wrapping up United Way and Scouting for Food, creating loads of interview schedules, etc.) and they graded me much better than I graded myself! They said I definitely exceeded their epectations! I've progressed much further than expected in just the 3 short months I've been there. I just got glowing remarks across the board!
First time I ever got hugs at the end of a review.
And year end bonus comes next week....a prorated amount since I've only been there 3 months, but I can definitely kiss a credit card balance good bye and have some leftover!
