what are you cooking on Christmas/Christmas Eve?
We're hosting my family for Christmas this year, which we've never done. I'm trying to plan what to cook for dinner those evenings- what are you all making?

I'm not hosting either, my my family always on Christmas Eve goes to Mass and then my IL's and my parents join us and my siblings at either my 'rents or il's house (our hosue isnt' big enough) and we have lots of different heavy appetizers! its fun to just hang out and have a variety!
Christmas Eve - Vegetarian lasagna, salad & bread
Christmas - Roast beef, au gratin cauliflower, baked potatoes, green beens w/ almonds, and apple sauce
Dessert for both - LOTS & LOTS of cookies!!
