Would this be weird?-Desk Lamp
So I seem to be getting these strange (mild) headaches by the end of each day. I was thinking it was because my office is really bright and I have no natural sunlight (I have an interior office), plus I'm staring at a monitor all day (mostly Excel sheets). I'm sure it doesn't help that my office walls are yellow, too.
Would it be weird to get a desk lamp and have that be my only light? I thought bringing one from home and working by lamp light for a week to see if it helps. What do you think?
Re: Would this be weird?-Desk Lamp
Do you drink enough water? Mild headaches could be a sign of dehydration. Are you eating balance meals regularly? It could be a sign of a drop in blood sugar and you might just try eating a healthy snack.
You might even try drinking tea for a little caffeine too.
As to the lamp, I don't think it's weird. I haven't seen them used, but if it could give you headache relief I'd give it a shot.
I have but they're kind of expensive. I figured a $20 lamp would be a cheaper option right now.
I drink plenty of water (64 oz plus some tea through out the day) and eat fine I think. Today my diet consisted of: cereal with milk, yogurt for snack, broccoli cheese soup, and an apple.
