Re: Favorite Appetizers
Bruscetta, Fly's Spinach Dip (with lots of extra seasoning- cayenne, chili powder and tabasco) with tortilla chips, meatballs, cheese cubes with sausage slices and crackers...

little weenies. (i think they're actually called cocktail weiners). even better, little weenies wrapped in bacon or croissant dough. yum.
One appetizer that seems to pop up at most parties I attend: tiny frozen quiches. Man, I love those!
Anyway, my brother has a party every January, and guests compete for "best appetizer." Last year, I modified this BLT Bites recipe, and came in 3rd place.

Oh, they have really good mini quiches at Costco.
Sausage balls.
1 lb sausage
Two handfuls shredded cheddar
Some Bisquick (I just eye ball it...maybe about 2 cups? It doesn't really matter.)
Mix those all together, shape into balls and cook at 350 until they're done all the way through. Maybe 30 mins.
Yep - pigs in a blanket are our go to appetizer. . . I've made awesome dips, and finger foods, but for some reason, these always go first. i've made over 150 of them before, and they've still disappeared in 1-2 hrs. Its a guaranteed hit if there's alcohol.
I like the Cream Cheese Sausage Croissants
