I like Option A but how often would you see the cool top? Option B would look cool even if your pants were covering up most of the boot. SO.....I vote B even though I like the overall look of A better.

(That came out surprisingly cohesive for how much baileys is in my hot chocolate tonight....)

I like them both and personally lean towards A, but B is very "you". I think Kiz makes a good point too. Either way, you can't go wrong.

I wish I could justify spending $110 on rainboots and I would buy them both. I had hoped to get them for xmas ($55 for rainboots seems OBSCENE to me) but I didn't and it is raining so.

If you were willing to spend $110 you should just spend the extra ten bucks and get Hunters. I mean, it's practically a requirement as Mr. Mod's wife, right? I love mine, and the quality difference is definitely there from my old boots. But I wouldn't have them unless they were a gift, honestly.

I like B best. I like the detail on A, too, but I like the overall look of B better.

Depends what you're using them for. a is more casual, but b would even look good heading to sunday brunch.

If you can find some Hunters on Ebay for the same price go for those. I love mine and ended up getting them off ebay for $57. If not, go with B.
