Rhode Island Nesties
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
Can we please have some sort of update on these fricking Citi ads? PLEASE? I find it hard to believe that no one over there can figure out how to make them stop. Again...they're not just annoying, they're causing people's browsers to crash.
Either you guys don't care, or your IT department is clueless.
I could see if this had been going on for a few days, but it's been nearly a month, if not more.
Re: Nest Anni, Nest anyone
Hey Pam! As of 12-14 this is what I know ( and I just know because I am mod on another board)..
-For Safari users, our tech team is looking into why it's causing the browser to close.-If anyone is getting the ad more than once every 10-15 clicks, please have them email us at feedback@thenest.com-If anyone is using a browser other than Safari and it's causing the window to close, please also have them email us atfeedback@thenest.com.Thanks!
As far as I know they are still working on it.
There seems to be no rhyme or reason to what browsers are affected and what ones aren't. I've only had the issue in Chrome at home, never had it in Firefox at work.
For a while it was only on The Nest, but now I've started getting them on The Bump too. So I get the pop up when I come here, and then if I click The Bump tab at the top of the page, I get it again. It is really, really aggravating.
RI nesties are the ugly step children. Didn't you get the memo?
