Your opinions on pre-written thank yous
I never ever ever have done a pre-printed, pre-written thank you card - BUT - this year, I caved and did. I have had a lot of chemo and recently had a transplant. The medications that I am on cause me to have really bad hand tremors and my writing is pretty illegible (which really upsets me because I always had really nice writing) and my eye sight is really cloudy.
I hate that this year I am not able to personalize them, but what would you think if you received this type of thank you? Would you be offended that it was a general thank you, or still happy that I sent them?
Thanks for any opinions that you have!

Re: Your opinions on pre-written thank yous
Considering your unique situation, you get a pass.
My one friend has horrific handwriting. Her compromise to this solution was that she typed up her Thank You comments in Word. Cut them with a fancy scissor and the glued them within the Thank You notes themselves.
If it's bothering you that much, you may want to take that route.
I agree with this and I'll add that not only would I think it's ok, I would be shocked that I actually got any thank you note at all considering your circumstances.
Get well!
Under the circumstances, I think that's acceptable.
Another option - see if your husband, or a friend/relative, will handwrite them for you.
In your situation, no I would not be offended at all if I got a typed thank you.
Sara, Friend?
glove slap. I don't take crap.
