As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So I hadn't seen my boss since I left work on Fri. Today I went in her office, shut the door, and laid it all out. We are friends out of work too, since I've worked with her for years prior to coming back in Sept. So now she knows all the details as my boss and as my friend. She told me she talked with HR after I left on Fri and there's still a chance I could keep my job, but we won't know till earliest tomorrow OR latest on Tuesday.
So if you have some spare wishes. Shoot them at the HR person to make it work
