Would you buy a used bedroom set
Due to having to move and the major possibility of having to have Ella's toys in her room due to not having a playroom in my new place, I was thinking that maybe I would sell Ella's bedroom set and buy her a new one.
It is a 3 n 1 crib with an armoire and dresser. The bed goes into a full size. Do you think that something like this would sell and if so, how much would be a good amount to ask? I think everything was about 2000.00.
I think there are pictures of it in my bio. It is Muniere and solid wood.

Re: Would you buy a used bedroom set
I would definitely buy used furniture if it was in excellent condition!! We've actually sold a bunch of furniture on Craigslist.
We sold our old living room furniture when we moved into our house. When I bought it in 2003, I paid $1000 for the couch and chair. It was still in excellent condition, so we figured about 50% of what the original price was was fair. BUT, when H lists things, he always lists them at about 25% - 30% more than what we are willing to take. Because people on Craigslist like to bargain and talk people down, this is a pretty good tactic to really get what you are looking for. If we don't get any hits, then he'll lower the list price. I think we ended up selling that furniture for $600. Good luck!!
Thanks Ladies.
I'm going to take some pictures and post on Craigs List and see what happens.
It isn't in perfect condition but it is still really nice.
