We decided last week that Mariela is going to have a Care Bears party.
I started Googling for cake ideas and party supplies and have found some cute things already. A coworker of mine is going to make her cake. It will be something like this:

The smaller cake will be her "smash" cake.
We'll be having it at our home. My parents plan on driving up from NC and my brother is booking his plane ticket up here next month. Close friends and family will be invited.
C will be having a giraffe-themed party.... mostly just family and close friends... maybe 20-30 people tops. We don't really know any other babies/kids, so C will likely be the only one. But I still want a fun theme.

2012 Reading Challenge
I was just thinking about this.
Love all the ideas and themese ladies!!! I can not wait to see the birthday kids in action!
We also have 4 months until Levi's birthday. For the theme I am thinking baseball/Phillies.
My MIL wants to get the cake from the lady who did our wedding cake. I actually have a boob cake pan, so I thought about making a set of boobs, then putting them together to make a 3-D baseball. That will be his "smash cake"
It will kinda be a pretty big affair. I have 6 siblings plus their spouses/kids. And then DH's parents and brother and our grandparents. So atleast 30 people. I'd like to be able to invite our aunts/uncles also, but I alone have a ton of them, my dad was #2 of 10 and my mom was #1 of 5, so we'd be close to 80 people....not including any friends, luckily there's not many of those!
