It's Monday - The start of a very busy week!!!
Happy Monday, Ladies!!!
Phew! Last week was a torcher with all of those great holiday parties, work related and otherwise, a marathon shopping day with Mom on Saturday, decorating, and yes - one of the best football Sunday's in a good little while :-))
Ravens win!!! Eagles win!!! Tebow started!!! Pittsburgh lost!!! Jets win!!! Patriots almost lost - hehehe!!!
Ok...I'm calming down and getting ready for this super busy week coming up...did you guys do everything that you had hoped to this weekend???

We got most of our "to-do" list completed. Still have some things to finish by Christmas Eve (baking, wrapping, cleaning to floors one more time, touch up the bathrooms...). It is going to be one long week. Keeping my fingers crossed that boss man will let us leave early on Thursday like he did for Thanksgiving...that will help alot!

April 2010 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination
Found "It's A Wonderful Life," "Miracle on 34th Street" and "White Christmas" in the cable book so I was able to set the DVR for them.
AND.....the Lions won! Woohoo! Back to back wins and snapped a 26 game road-losing streak.
Done with baking, wrapping & shopping; just have to pick one gift up tonight for my mom from my dad (he can't see anymore to drive at night, plus he hates shopping LOL) and wrap that.
Took Christmas cookies over to the next door neighbors and visited with them, then cut up my Irish Cream fudge to bring into work today. Managers' pot luck lunch for the building is on Wednesday.
Full work week ahead - working until 1:00 Christmas eve. =(
I did accomplish quite a bit around the house this past weekend. I also realized I have a problem.....my problem is buying fabric and lots of it! But at least it'll keep me busy this winter!!
The Packers almost won last night. We were looking very impressive for starting our second string QB!
MH also got his acceptance letter from the college he applied to. Looks like he will be starting classes in about a month!! So excited for him!

i was at the game WITH 2 packers fans and it was A.W.E.S.O.M.E. - i pre-apologize to all the "haters" but i BLEED Patriots and have the total lack of a voice to prove it! lol
again - i can be extremely obnoxious and am giving you fair warning... but god i LOVE those Pats!!!

This weekend was great - we went to a Christmas party at my Aunt's house on Saturday night and got to see my sister and my niece & nephew for the first time in over a month! We had a blast. Then we spent all day Sunday watching football, getting the rest of our shopping done (and stocking stuffers!) and also got all our wrapping done. Just have to get the rest of those Christmas cards out now! Busy week ahead at work trying to get everything done since the school is closed all next week! 5 days to go!
I agree with ericaaah you go girl! I fell asleep at halftime on the couch and conveniently woke up at the 2 minute warning. Almost had a heart attack those last 2 minutes, but we held on and a win is a win

We have a busy week of work til Thursday and then we are off to NH for the long weekend! Seeing 3 sets of relatives and a bunch of friends so it will be crazy but worth it!

It's all good, girls! I love that we girls are passionate about our NFL teams as much as the guys (if not more so!)...lol
And while I don't "hate" the Pats (I actually admire their team very much)...they are our competition, and so any Pats loss is a good loss for me...problem is, this year there haven't been enough of them - hehehe!!! The Jets have the Baltimore connection, so although they are also our competition, they get a pass!!
And how 'bout them Lions???
Bring it on girls...it's impossible to be annoyed by a true fan of the game - it makes Mondays more fun
