(Finally!) Selling the crib, yo...
DH and I will be on a mad cleaning frenzy tonight and tomorrow night, then meeting with a selling agent on Wednesday after work. I have never sold a house before, and it's been almost 7 years since I bought mine. I am super freaked out, especially with Jelly Bean coming in April, and just wanting to be rid of the second mortgage. Thanking my lucky stars that we are living in DH's house and won't have to deal with the random visitors invading our space, but still very nervous. So, any words of advice?

For two people in a marriage to live together day after day is unquestionably the one miracle the Vatican has overlooked.

Re: (Finally!) Selling the crib, yo...
I've never sold a house, so I don't have a ton of advice. Do you still have furniture in there, or is it all in H's house now?
I watch a lot of the shows on HGTV like "Unseallables" and the biggest thing is staging your house to make the areas look appealing. If there's still stuff in there, make sure it's minimal to make the space look livable but not overly crowded. Think about what you would want to see when you looked at a house and highlight those areas.
Also - lurk over on the Buying a Home board. I haven't been there in a while, but when we were buying, I read over there a lot. Maybe XP this over there for some better advice.
GOOD LUCK! :-)
