He got the job
Aaron got the job. He should be getting the formal offer this week and it will come down to numbers. Chances are we are moving from warm FL to cold ass MN!

Yes the job is in Minneapolis. A GTG would be great. The worst part about moving is leaving friends behind and starting over.

I feel you about moving and starting over. I'm a little terrified about making the move to CO, but it'll be a grand adventure in this thing called life. I'm so excited for you guys!
Overall it's a great thing. Career wise for Aaron it's the best move. It's the position within his company that we wants and will eventually get us back to Dallas. His boss here has promised him a 15% raise come Jan. 1st if he stays but it's not just about the money. He would be a Sr. Sales Rep with the raise they are offering him but that's as far as he can go in this region. We would pretty much be maxed out in terms of promotions and raises at 25.
There are only 7 people in the country with this position and they are in the biggest cities within each region. So there is plenty of room for him to grow. 
There are a lot more positives about the move than there are negatives. We have family there who will be able to help out with the boys which is a huge deal for me. I'm just a little sad to leave our friends here.
Oh & we will have to sell the house. You know, the one we fought for 8 months for?!
