Would you do this?
Throughout our marriage, my husband has always enjoyed me wearing pantyhose (during sex, around the house, to work, etc). It has gotten to the point though, that during sex, if I'm not wearing pantyhose or thigh highs, the sex just isn't the same--he can't get as aroused as he does with me with bare legs. He claims he is attracted to me still and all...but I feel like if he truly loved me for me...I wouldn't have to "dress up" for him. I understand people have fetishes and all...and that's all well and good from time to time...but EVERY time? He has even put on pantyhose while we are having sex--that was just a little too creepy for me. What do you all think?

Fetishes are one thing but a fetish to the point where he can't get off unless the object or what have you is being used each time? I see a grey area.
I suggest a sex therapist.

The definition of a fetish is: a form of sexual desire in which gratification depends to an abnormal degree on some object or item of clothing or part of the body.
Your husband has a fetish. He can't enjoy sex without pantyhose. You have been Good, Giving and Game. You have been willing to indulge his interest, but he is not being GGG back - by having sex without the pantyhose sometimes. You need to make it clear that he has to meet you halfway or your pantyhose will develop a permanent run.
