DH Christmas gift!!!!
So in about an hour I will be meeting what will hopefully be our new addition to the family (if Duke likes her that is). My dh has really been wanting another dog for duke to play with, but I keep saying NO. I didnt want another dog, but Duke really loves it when our friends bring over their dogs. So needless to say I have had a change of heart. My dh has no clue he thinks he is getting a jacket and has basically given up on the new dog idea. Cross your fingers Maddie will be a match for us so dh can get her on christmas! I can't wait to see his face on Christmas!!!!!!

That is so exciting! Let us know how it goes! I am a strong believer that everyone should have 2 dogs. I only had one dog a couple years ago and decided to get him a friend because he really looked lonely (he is the one that is paralyzed in his back legs). The new dog has taught my first dog to walk and they are BEST buds, sleep together, eat together, etc.
Now I have 4 dogs!!! They are a little pack and love each other. They each take care of the one with walking troubles and I can't imagine just having one lonely dog ever again
