If you want a traditional (not fancy shmancy gourmet, and not a kraft knock-off) mac&cheese, I really like this one. I usually make it without the worchestershire and without the mustard. I just go for the rue and cheese. It's great. You could always fancy it up by using a few types of cheeses.

My smoked gouda with bacon mac and cheese. I can't make it often, otherwise I'd gain 100 million pounds. It's soooo good.
