DH shopping vent
Dh shops for 1 person at Christmas, ME! He sent me an email this morning saying "i want to take a risk on your christmas present, please send me a list of your top 5 clothing wants, and keep in mind I want it to be exciting on Christmas Morning" Okay it's not what you think, as he'd rather buy me an expensive ski jacket, or something outdoorsy, vs a pair of tory burch flats, or purse that I want as he doesn't see these as exciting as I have a purse, why would I want another?
I'm sad he hasn't shopped for me yet, hello there are 5 days to go, and also that he really isn't thinking of me, more what he wants me to have... I take time in choosing his gifts and thinking what he really likes and would make him happy regardless if I think he needs it or not.

I still have 90% of my shopping left to do. I'm sure it's not because he doesn't care!
If he said he wants to take a risk, maybe he does want to get you those flats or a new purse! Maybe he's trying to step outside of his comfort zone.
