I will be baking a crapload of cookies and drinking lots of wine. It's the start of my Christmas vacation days and its going to be fantastic to not be here at work.

We're supposed to be baking cookies.H bought one of those tub things from a co-workers daughter, but he put it in the freezer, not sure if it will thaw in time. lol
id take it out today and put it in the fridge instead....i think it would be totally thawed by tomorrow or the next day

Kim - enjoy your time off. You absolutely deserve it! And, more importantly, enjoy the wine!!
I'm a little jealous! I have to work up until Thursday so a lot of my evenings this week will be spent baking. Last night I made 2 batches of fudge and DH made some cookies. I just love Christmas time! When else do we have a good excuse to eat all these sweets?
