need a yummy salad recipe for Christmas Eve
which also happens to be Wes's birthday (poor sap) So anyone have anything really good and holiday-ish?
Re: need a yummy salad recipe for Christmas Eve
An easy fav here:
Baby spinach
1 green apple
1 pear
Crumbled blue cheese
Ken's Steakhouse Basil-Balsamic Vinaigrette
Dice up your fruit, crumble your blue cheese, add dressing - VOILA! Super easy and delicious. Can also add nuts (I usually do walnuts) and craisins would make it a bit more "holiday" in color and taste ;-)
