Sick and Tired...
....of the games my boss plays. Like what she did this morning. We normally have a bi-weekly status meeting of our department (which only has 7 people). Found out yesterday from my co-worker that boss lady moved the meeting location. Yeah, guess who didn't get that update. So this morning I looked boss lady in the face and asked if we're still having our meeting, she paused a second and said "no". It's not that I mind missing out listening to boss lady and her pet have a meeting of two while everyone else looks on, but why the he!! lie to me about it?! I really shouldn't be surprised considering she started having weekly meetings every morning over at the mall that I'm not included in either. No, the exclusion doesn't have me worried about my job, it's just one of the many games she plays. After three years I'm totally used to - annoys me like crazy, but I'm used to it.

It's a power trip for her. She does stuff like that to all of us. Well, all of us expect her little pet - the friend of hers she was allowed to hire. Also, while she signs my time sheets I do most of my work for our Leasing Agent. Lady Boss doesn't like the LA because he doesn't put up with her sh!t. The two of them are constantly butting heads. We (my dept.) should be doing whatever we can to help him bring great stores to our mall - no great stores, no paycheck - she spends a good portion of her time making that difficult for him.

This. It irks me that people like her still have a job when there are so many unemployed that genuinely want one and want to work together with their team to do the best job they can, not work against each other!
She doesn't deserve her job.
