I finished my 2nd real estate course this morning, and I got an 82 on the test! I hardly studied (based on my own standards) so that's awesome! I take a prep course next Tuesday evening and then after I get my transcript I can schedule taking my exam to get the state license, hopefully right after the new year.
It was especially nice to have a test today so I could stop on the way home and do some last minute grocery shopping, so I shouldn't have to go to the store until next week! And I got to pick up DH's lamb chops gift from Costco b/c the school is really close so that's done!
