Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Helen woke up three times last night (for no apparent reason) and now she's thrown up three times this morning.

Oh no!! It's 24 hours, tops, I promise...followed by a day of napping. That was the pattern for me, MH, my niece, my nephew, my friend's daughter, everyone on FB, etc.....

Okay, we didn't really get to chat at the GTG, so I'm starting to feel better that I haven't started a GTG plague. This is just a crummy virus that's out there everywhere! Yuck yuck yuck....
When I called into work today my coworker said 1/2 the office is out (and I don't work in the same office as them), so it's definitely going around... I don't blame you
I hope Helen feels better (especially before Christmas) and you don't catch it.

I was worried that Eli had it yesterday because he threw up when he woke up, but he was fine the rest of the day. I think it was due to his cold/cough/mucus. Fun stuff!
