I hope it's this easy when I have human kids
My parents are coming down tomorrow for the holiday. I asked my mom if they could stop by the house and pick up Sadie and watch her for the afternoon. Mostly b/c she's been sick and also so she's not cooped up until DH gets home.
Mom's like yep, no problem. Yay!
Re: I hope it's this easy when I have human kids
I think it's funny that you refer to them as "human kids" hahaha
Glad to know I'm not the only one who views my pets as my children.
When we talk to Riley about Buster we refer to her as "big sis"....we thought it was totally normal until a friend overheard and couldn't stop laughing lol.
Oh she's definitely the spoiled baby of the family, that's for sure!
My one coworker was totally joking on me when he found out she's on a somewhat pricey food due to her stomach issues. He's like that dog eats better than I do, no wonder you all don't have kids yet, lol!
Wives Unscripted
I am sure your parents will be.
I think of my dogs as my kids a little bit too, if your a good pet owner it takes a lot of time and energy to raise and care for your dog so why not?
