Just got photo card from FIL GF
Got to give her credit - DH HATES her, and I'm not much of a fan either, but she keeps trying. I can't help but wonder if DH will want to use the photo card as a dart board.

My silly Lily is almost 4.
DH sent me a text and told me to throw it away, he didn't want to see a picture of her and her kids. He suggested I send her a card that says, hopes my dad has fun spending his first Christmas since my mom died with you and your kids - no need to think about his own kids or grandkids. Glad you could be such a comfort to him within 2 weeks of my moms death ...
Unfortunately, it's really a no-win situation with her - uggh. I'm glad my parent's love DH so much, and are going to do everything they can to make this Christmas as happy as possible.

Why does your H hate her so much? Is it just the getting together so soon after his mom died? Did his dad know her already? It seems like his dad would bear more of the guilt on that one.
Sorry that your H's relationship with his dad is so tough right now.
