As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

pics how long ????
i see alot of people post that are just now getting or have not gotten there pics back yet???? mine were on the web in about 2 weeks and i had cd within 3 weeks. i had over 1,200 pics. i am just surprised that there is so many people that havent gotten theres yet.
what is the normal window of time ????

I feel like personally between 1-2 months is a reasonable amount of time to expect your photos. I'd even say 2.5 months, but the again I'm not a photographer. We had our gallery within a month in the proof DVD in our hands about a week after that - the only reason for the one week lag was because we had to make our final payment before it could be released.
If I still didn't have my photos I would be raising hell with my photographer.. unless there is a very reasonable explanation. Did anyone who is still waiting have a turnaround time in their contract?

Our contract said 6-8 weeks to have everything in our hands.
However, 10 days after the wedding I got an email confirmation from our photographer that our items had been shipped out to us.
I'm not sure what is "normal". I still don't have mine after almost 4 months. I had online proofs within 3 weeks, but he still won't send me the images. I don't think it would piss me off so badly if I knew he were editing them, but he's not. So I don't know WTF he can't just send them now...or like 3 months ago.
Sorry. My photographer is a sore subject.
I don't understand this either. Your photos are done, you've seen them but he still hasn't released you the cd yet?
